The purpose of The Roots Project is to help people of all beliefs and traditions to reconnect with their peace, their intuition and the ancestors.

Incorporating the healing power of Reiki from the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, utilizing Buddhist and Hindu modalities with ancient knowledge over 5,000 years old, creating a sacred space not only allows for the processing of attached emotion but raises the spirit to a level of soulful evolution, an innate spiritual inheritance in which every being is capable of.

When we speak of spirit, it’s not always a personified iteration of ghost-like entities but a raised frequency of being, hence our own personal spirit. The biggest goal for The Roots Project is to help heal what is needed for optimal function of mind, body, and spirit to bring forth clarity of mind, improve productivity, and calming of the nervous system.
